Our steam train experience was a total disappointment. Boarding was delayed, and the table and cabin were dirty, with no cutlery or bags provided. Condiments were offered only after we finished eating, and the events manager was rude throughout. This was supposed to be a special birthday treat for my elderly mother, but it turned into a stressful day. After sending two emails expressing my concerns without receiving any empathy or resolution, I can only advise others to steer clear of this service.
