We attended the Gruffalo Train Event organized by this service, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Marketed as a day of fun and storybook magic, it was anything but. The train was nearly an hour late, staff were unhelpful, and the meet-and-greet with the Gruffalo was rushed, lasting only seconds for a quick photo. There was no storytelling, theming, or atmosphere. We spent over £130 for what felt like a delayed train ride that could have been much cheaper elsewhere. My child, eager to meet the Gruffalo, left feeling confused and let down. Despite multiple polite emails to raise my concerns, weeks later, I still haven't received a meaningful response. The lack of customer care has been as disappointing as the event itself, and I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking value for money or professional customer service.
