While I really wanted to support this company, it is virtually impossible to do so considering their awful products, gross sizing inaccuracies, questionable customer service and terrible return policy (or lack thereof). I have been dealing with this company for two years, because I am stuck with a gift card which does not even begin to compensate for the amount of money I have lost due to shipping and returns. Because I was between sizes for a particular dress, I asked customer service for guidance. Not helpful at all; they merely referred me back to their size guide, so I purchased my usual size. Big mistake. I had to return it at my expense and get a ridiculously low amount gift card. Then I tried ordering the same dress a size larger and it still didn't fit! Plus the zipper was broken. They willingly paid for that to be returned but I was still stuck with a gift card that barely covers anything, because this company is so overpriced for poor quality items. Their shipping rates are even expensive and free shipping over $175! What a joke. I won't order clothes from them and I am waiting to use my gift card for accessories so that I can be done with them. It is odd that a company supposedly run by women for women and made in the US has such bad policies.
