I ordered a couple pieces from fox blood. The bloomer shorts I got were darling and I love them! The Darla skirt fit nice and felt nice to wear but had a super jagged hem! It was super wonky and 3 inches shorter in the back (even just hanging flat - so when worn was even more pronounced). I reached out to Foxblood with the issue and included pictures but they only gave me a partial refund since I'm in Canada (even though I paid (frankly, quite a lot) to recieve this item and it was their quality that messed things up). Felt like a total rip off. I've never recieved a faulty item from a company that didn't respond with a full refund or replacement. Now I am about $50 out with an unwearable skirt :(
It sucks because I would have loved to have been a returning buyer but I just can't trust item quality OR fair customer support.
I purchased the Verona dress in 2xl, and the sizing is absolutely awful. I’m a 38H cup and the top doesn’t even cover one of my breasts. The dress is fitting but for some reason the back droops and shows your crack. It is the most unflattering thing that I own and I am more than disappointed. I just wish that with bigger sizes it actually accounted for boobs existing. My bust is 45inches, waist is 38 inches, and hips are 44incches. I did pre read the sizing as well, I just never thought that the top wouldn’t even be a top piece?

I ordered a significant amount from the company, and it shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the courier left the parcel outside my home, and it was stolen. This was not the company's fault, and I don't blame them at all. I requested a refund as I was concerned about ordering again due to potential courier issues. The company issued a full refund immediately and provided excellent service.
Disappointing experience. I received the wrong item. I ordered a hoodie, but they sent a jumpsuit, same print but completely different. I emailed about the issue and received no response after 13 days. I tried to initiate a return, but it was rejected due to 'no restock.' This item was expensive and meant as a gift. I would not recommend shopping here.
Frustrating customer service experience. I sent several emails regarding an address issue for non-US customers. The first response was 'your address is in our database.' I tried multiple addresses from friends, but none worked. I directly asked if they deliver to my country, and received no answer, even on social media after 15 days of waiting. Meanwhile, European providers are raising their prices significantly, with limited items available.
If I could erase negativity from others' opinions to let the light shine through, I would do it in an instant. I have always loved the unique pieces that look fantastic on all body shapes and sizes. After losing 135 lbs, finding flattering goth clothing has become easier. Those who haven't faced the struggle of finding beautiful goth clothes may not understand the difficulty. There's something for everyone to feel like the stunning individuals they are. I want to highlight that in my 50 years, I have rarely encountered such helpful and kind customer service as what I received from the company. It's sad that others haven't recognized the beauty that shines from each member of this wonderful small business. Today, I begin sharing my positive experience, overwhelmed by the kindness shown to me by one of the employees.
Poor quality, especially given the price. The vegan leather harness turned out to be plastic, which, while still technically vegan, is misleading. The belt I received didn't even fit through any of my pants' loops. The dress was stiff and had a chemical smell. For three low-quality items, the total was $190. They only accept returns for store credit, indicating they are aware of their poor quality. Please avoid purchasing from them.
