Well I ordered with them.. couple days later said my items shipped...was stuck in preshipment for a week and a half.. now I'm getting an email saying one of my items is being refunded due to inventory inaccuracy. Probably shouldn't say you have shipped items when you physically didn't have them. I've ordered through them before and wasn't super thrilled the first time but this second go around really put the nail in the coffin for me.. customer service here needs work
