Fox-in-the-box should use different delivery service - Parcelforce are a JOKE. Phantom delivery attempts cause me untold grief - go to depot and 'hello' parcel not there !Not only have I 'missed' an attempted delivery , but I have wasted MY time and MY fuel to collect (as per Parcelforce website) to still not receive delivery until the following day.
