Bought a refurbished Z4G4 workstation from Foxinthebox before Christmas and finally got round to setting it up. It's absolutely as described, in mint condition. Couldn't be more pleased with it. Pre-purchase comms with Valentin were clear and prompt. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Well, I ordered a desktop PC, couldn't really belive the price almost too good to be true. There was a delay in shipping my order and I began to think the worst. Once I contacted Fox in the box via email I received a prompt response and was reassured that my order was being processed. As soon as my pc was ready it was dispatched with next day delivery. They upgraded the graphics card as a free upgrade for the late dispatch. The pc I received was far better than I expected.... for the money.The best thing to come out of a box this year. Very happy Thankyou!!
The ordering process was easy, email confirmation received. Option of paying in full or in 3 instalments. Updates on the order process and dispatch.I could not find any timescales for delivery on the website and no timings were confirmed in the correspondence.Laptop arrived well packaged inside the cardboard box (box was damaged).My son is very pleased with the item.
I meant to write this months ago but it’s actually more appropriate now. Bought a PC in October, Has been solid as a rock until now (July) when it had a crash, It then wouldn’t reboot. Spoke to Vali to let him know and after some troubleshooting over the phone I couldn’t get it to start. A quick trip to the shop and it was fixed within a day. I couldn’t recommend a better PC shop than this, Customer service is above and beyond any expectations and I will use them exclusively in the future. I’m actually about to purchase a backup PC from them.
