SCAMMERS . I purchased hair and it was the wrong colour they agreed to replace (at my expense)it with a colour they advised after viewing my photos. 6 weeks later!! The replacement came. And it was the exact same colour as before. Just a different style first was balayage and second was highlights. I emailed them to return it and sent the hair back unused exactly how I received them (and I was relieved they didn’t match as the quality was terrible they was all fuzzy rubbish) . After return I heard nothing back until I chased it up. They accused me of wearing the hair applying a product and scent . Which is impossible as they didn’t match my hair at all, so I couldn’t have worn them, I never apply products or scents to my hair in general. They want me to pay additional money again so they can-return hair that they have altered back to me which isnt my even my colour and they vandalised. Absolute scammers. They have no evidence and randomly applied oil or some kind of product bang in the middle of the hair. How convenient.if I wore them why would I randomly put product in the middle. And even if I wore them I wouldn’t be stupid enough to send something back in that condition. Absolute liars trying to steal money. It might not even be the same hair ! Adjust a scamming sample. BEWARE POOR QUALITY HAIR AND SCAMMER CUSTOMER SERVICE
