I ordered seamless clip-ins, and after a few days, I inquired about the dispatch time, as they indicated delivery could take 2 weeks. I was informed that the estimated dispatch would be 3 weeks after my order due to it being handmade. Despite claiming to have stock, it seems they don't, and I feel they misrepresented their products. I requested a cancellation and refund, confirmed on October 30, 2025, but I still haven't received it, and it’s been 9 business days. Please provide immediate communication regarding my refund, which should take 7 business days.
I am very disappointed to write this review. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and was told it would be shipped directly from the warehouse within 7 to 14 days. After an email about a delay, I was informed it would be dispatched yesterday, but after no further updates, I reached out and was told it would take another 2 weeks. I urgently need these extensions for a wedding in 15 days! If I had known it would take longer than 2 weeks, I would have ordered from elsewhere. I’ve now requested a full refund to order from a different company that offers next-day delivery.
Be cautious if purchasing from the US! You might incur an additional $200 in customs fees! I’ve been buying for years without any fees until now, and I was hit with an unexpected $200 charge for delivery. Don’t be misled by the free shipping claim on the website! I will be shopping domestically from now on.
The gift box is beautiful, and I gave it to my daughter-in-law for her birthday; she adored it. The scent of the shampoo, conditioner, hair perfume, and shine spray is wonderful. The hairbrush is lovely too. I’ve also gifted similar items to my friend and another daughter-in-law for Christmas, and they all love them. The black and gold refillable containers are too nice to throw away.
