I ordered seamless clip-ins, and after a few days, I inquired about the dispatch time, as they indicated delivery could take 2 weeks. I was informed that the estimated dispatch would be 3 weeks after my order due to it being handmade. Despite claiming to have stock, it seems they don't, and I feel they misrepresented their products. I requested a cancellation and refund, confirmed on October 30, 2025, but I still haven't received it, and it’s been 9 business days. Please provide immediate communication regarding my refund, which should take 7 business days.
