I am very disappointed to write this review. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and was told it would be shipped directly from the warehouse within 7 to 14 days. After an email about a delay, I was informed it would be dispatched yesterday, but after no further updates, I reached out and was told it would take another 2 weeks. I urgently need these extensions for a wedding in 15 days! If I had known it would take longer than 2 weeks, I would have ordered from elsewhere. I’ve now requested a full refund to order from a different company that offers next-day delivery.
