I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt morally obligated to warn others after what I went through trying to get my money back. This company is completely unethical. They charge premium prices for what is advertised as “100% human hair,” but what I received was clearly anything but. The quality is shockingly bad—honestly, you can get better hair on Amazon for a fraction of the price. It’s a complete joke.To make matters worse, the return process is a total scam. Good luck trying to get your money back. If you're already stuck, I highly recommend opening a dispute with your credit card company. But the smartest move? Don’t buy from this corrupt company in the first place.I heard they changed their supplier—probably to cut costs and boost profits—and in doing so, sacrificed any ounce of integrity. They do not care about their customers. Period.There are far better alternatives out there. If this company keeps up this dishonest behavior, I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon.
