mixed feelings

i have been using this company since 2016 and have always loved the quality and durability of the extensions. i pretty much wear them everyday and order new sets every 6-8 months. i would never go elsewhere as i know they colour match perfectly with my own hair and i even had my friends switching to foxy locks as i highly recommended them. i have pre-ordered in the past so i know how long i am expected to wait for fresh hair, usually would be 1-2week max - no issues. however on this occasion, i am disappointed! i ordered clip in’s on 10th june and followed up with them to ensure they still have my order - they were then dispatched 11th july so that was around 4 weeks total. i then ordered the pony tail on 17th june - I AM STILL WAITING!! Disappointing after being a customer for 9 years. i had moved address within this time so reached out to customer service in the hopes they could change my delivery address. this was promptly changed so i cannot fault the customer service response. i just hope i am provided with an update soon and they remember to deliver to my new address. also, they do a lot of promo’s which encourages more customers to order (creating backlog) however i dont agree with advertising pre-orders for 2-3weeks when your customers have been waiting for 9 weeks. please change this timeframe to set expectations for your customers. as failure to do so will result with your loyal customers potentially taking their business elsewhere. i am considering pre ordering the clip in’s again just so i have a fresh set for 6 months time and don’t need to wait weeks upon end. this shouldn’t have to be the case!
