The returns process is impossible. They make the returns process so so difficult. They emailed me over a return label, which I then had to pay to print off since they couldn't send me a QR code like every other company in the modern world, then when I tried to send the return via the post office I was told I had to go to a specialty delivery office the other side of town, so once again I'm out of pocket. They've now received my return and have just emailed me saying I have to pay a £3 fee for the return. I was never once informed of this fee, and what was the point in all of the above if I still have to pay? Their products aren't cheap at all and now I have to keep paying out of pocket simply because I want to return something - they also now have the hair extensions and are essentially holding them ransom until I pay the fee so what choice do I have?
