I’m really disappointed in the lack of customer service. There has been an order processing through Klarna for £166.50 which affects the total I owe. After speaking with Klarna customer service they explained it’s the merchant that needs to cancel this and remove it. This has been on my Klarna account since 2020. I’ve emailed customer support on Monday with screenshots from my Klarna chat and still haven’t had a response from Foxylocks customer service. I would appreciate if someone to assist me with this as this is affecting my credit score too.
