Despite paying for professional fitting and a haircut to blend the extensions, the quality of the hair is shockingly poor. The extensions do not hold a curl, fall flat within an hour (even with hairspray), and tangle easily—making me seriously doubt they are 100% human hair as advertised.When I contacted their customer service to raise my concerns, I was met with dismissive responses. They repeatedly focused on the fact that I had the extensions installed as a weave, which apparently voids any refund or replacement—even though this has no bearing on the quality of the hair itself. This “terms and conditions” loophole seems to be their way of avoiding accountability for selling substandard products.What’s more concerning is that they never suggested performing a strand test to confirm whether the hair is real, authentic, or a blend of synthetic fibers—something that could easily prove my concerns. This lack of action makes me suspect the extensions may not be 100% human hair, despite their claims.
