The hair is soft and easy tu put on. Sadly it wasn't very clear on the site that for shipping in Italy I would have to pay 140€ for the importation. So I ended up paying much much more that what it was supposed to be. Aside from that the hair is very nice and the packaging too, if you live in England i recommend it!
