I got sent a faulty hair extensions case from them and when I asked for my money back, they only offered me a 10% refund. It wasn’t my fault I’d been sent a faulty item but customer service made out it’s how I ‘felt’ about the item. So odd. I couldn’t send it back since I had already taken it abroad with me as gift for someone. I even said I’d be ok with half the money back, but no luck there either. The quality of the product is worse than something you'd find off Ali Express. The customer service felt really off, kind of like it was someone really young and inexperienced handling it. I would avoid shopping here again. If you want hair extension accessories go to Amazon as they will instantly provide a full refund without any of this inconvenience.Edit: I didn’t opt for a 10% refund. It was the only option given. Again. I won’t be shopping here again.
