I’m a old customer, for two consecutive years I’ve been ordering the same product, the same color which is the “Brondie” and this time o ordered the same , well , the color is not the same as before , the Brondie is different is more ashy, and this one I received is gold tone. Very but very disappointing customer here. Now I don’t know what to do since it’s almost Christmas time and I’m ready with everything the only thing I need is my hair extensions in my tone . I’m gonna return them. Otherwise I’ll have to change my hair color to match the hair extensions that I have received and that will be way more expensive. I will suggest you guys that you need to be super careful with the color of each set and keep it the same since we already know what color we use … Now I’m scared to order again in the future .
