The tapes started coming out after 1 wash, by 4 washes I’d lost nearly half.I’ve worn hair extensions 15 years and had tapes by many different companies, never once had any fall out, I’ve always had to remove them with remover.Their customer service is just terrible, they don’t care about us spending nearly £350 on hair extensions with them. They would rather do nothing about the issue, asked a million questions to drag it out, then they didn’t help anyway, what’s the point in that, they might as well just not have a customer service. This company I can see already has so many bad reviews about their customer care, won’t be long until they have run out of customers. Since most people re buy hair extensions over and over again, they will just keep losing what would of been loyal customers
