Bought Foxy Locks 18" iced latte clip ins and it is the worst quality hair I have ever laid my eyes on. Don't get me wrong, looked amazing on first use, as soon as this hair was washed it turned into a frizzy, dry, straw like, matted mess. I'm constantly having to brush it to avoid it matting. It feels like synthetic hair. After it was curled for the first time, the bottom of the hair was BLACK like it was burnt, it doesn't take an idiot to realise the bottom of the hair hardly even touches any heat, so this was extremely disappointing. I emailed the customer service team and the response was pathetic like i needed to carry out a list of chores to enable my complaint to be taken seriously. I have only used recommended professional hair care products, which was a massive waste of money because this hair could absolutely not be saved. After reading other reviews I wish I'd have done my research as this seems to be a common theme. Might I add, I have only had this hair since February 4th and here I am writing this god awful review on March 1st. If that doesn't scream RIP OFF I don't know what does.
