I am a long term and loyal customer of over 7 years. I had chose dhl express shipping and paid for this. A representative from your company chose default shipping instead even though I paid for express shipping. Because of this I was forced to wait a month to get my extensions and then missed the package as I had to go on holiday ( this is why I chose express in the first place). The only compensation I received was a 15% discount on future items ? That is horrible and new customers receive 10% so I am only being offered 5 percent more than new customers for all the inconvenience I went through and I have been a loyal customer for years ! I am seriously reconsidering purchasing from foxy locks. Th customer service is horrible . I am also the one who noticed the error in shipping , not any employee. I had to advise the employee on their mistake and constantly follow up for updates.
