This was my first order with Foxy Locks after reviewing all manufactures and products. Purchased the shampoo and conditioner, plus accessories, although the design and products themselves were nice I was dissapointed in the condition of the products when they arrived, scratched bottles, dented Packinging not by the courier I might add, very disanointed, i emailed my complaint and looking forward to seeing the response I receive back. The product is marketed as a high-end product, this is not what was received unfortunately....
