This company has the most ridiculous and unfair returns policy. I bought their curling wand (not cheap), it didn't do a thing to my hair, not a curl, not even a small wave. I can't return it, apparently if you open the packaging you can't return it! The curling wand comes in a black box, how do I know if the product is suitable for me if I don't open the box?! On their website there is nothing about how to return their curling wand, only hair extensions and hair products. This is so so upsetting and unfair! I am now stuck with an expensive tool that doesn't do the trick. I guess it's my fault for trusting a small company, next time I'll go to ASOS, beauty works or whatever, they let their customers return the products if unhappy.Thank you for nothing Foxy Locks! And Please update your returns policy online and create a better curling tool :) Ruth
