I have consistently enjoyed my experiences with the company, but I recently placed an order for several books, a pencil, and a calendar. Unfortunately, I only received part of my order. I contacted the support team late last night, and they were prompt in their response this morning. The representative who assisted me was quick and eager to replace the missing items. Extremely efficient and friendly service team. I would highly recommend them!

The representative who assisted me was quick to respond and happy to replace the items I didn’t receive. Highly efficient, very friendly service team. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
The delivery for my order is quite disappointing. I didn't realize it could take up to 4 weeks for just one book to arrive. When placing an order, it's essential to double-check the delivery timeframe. I certainly won’t be ordering anything from the company again. Next-day delivery is available elsewhere; how can it take 4 weeks here with no updates? You have to reach out for information. Still waiting for my book.
I tried to purchase a year-long subscription for a monthly paperback delivery as a gift for my wife. This required setting up an account, but I faced issues doing this multiple times across different devices. I received a rejection message about CAPTCHA, which didn’t even appear during the sign-up. I contacted customer services, who advised emailing the subscriptions department. I did this three days ago and haven't heard back. I called their number today and got no response, just voicemail. This experience has been frustrating, and it feels like the company isn’t interested in my business. If it weren’t for my wife's request, I would have given up much earlier.
