I have always appreciated the company, but I recently ordered some books, a pencil, and a calendar. I only received part of my order, so I contacted the support team late last night, and they got back to me this morning. The representative who assisted me was quick to respond and happy to replace the items I didn’t receive. Highly efficient, very friendly service team. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
