Horrible customer service. Their easy pay service is unreal. They sent my bill to the wrong number at the bank and then charged me a late fee of $30.00. It took me all of 2 days to finally get a human on the phone. She was cold and very uncaring and unknowledgeable. Her name was Michelle and when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the supervisor. I wouldn’t even give any stars at all if possible!😝
