We make our payments on time every month but their people cannot figure out how to keep track of our account. There is a ridiculous snafu every couple of months with our bill.And my husband keeps trying to call to clarify that we are paid up, but he keeps getting disconnected while on hold. FPL - fix your systems!!!PS- several years ago their survey crew punched a hole in our irrigation system. We called and got nowhere with them.
