I had a bitchy employee knock on my door after I went online and reported a partial power outage in my apartment. He is telling me I need an electrician when he removes my meter in front of me and puts it back. I go back inside and when he removed my meter and put it back it solved the problem. Just another screw up on their part, if they came out and reset my my meter in the first place when I reported it 3 times in 3 days I wouldn't have met this jerk.
