I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I deposited over £2,800 to begin trading seriously, but I encountered persistent technical issues that led to significant losses. On several occasions, including last week and again on Friday, my stop-loss orders failed to trigger properly after the market reopened. I also faced freezing issues where I couldn’t close my trades, despite the market price fluctuating. I recorded videos and took screenshots as evidence showing the exact price and time — yet the broker refused to acknowledge any faults on their platform. Their response merely blamed my internet connection, even though I was using reliable 4G/5G and have never faced such issues with other trading applications. I have provided evidence multiple times, but they continue to dismiss my concerns. As a new trader, this has been very stressful. I recognize that trading involves risks, but losses due to technical failures are unjust. I shared every detail possible, yet they offered no assistance. I am sharing this review to inform other traders about my experience. I hope no one else has to endure a similar situation.
