Even 1 Stern is too much. We are trading for Money and this Kind of Brokers has always Problem with the payout request. Because of that every other positiv things releted Broker has no value. Payouts Are the cure Element of trading and it should be proceed without any terrible.
With fpmarkets you should fight for your refund. Make sure it before you Choice this Broker.

Account Blocked After a Successful Trade

I placed a buy order for 5.5 lots of gold just before the market closed on January 31st. I closed my trades on January 2nd, achieving a profit of $7,950. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, my account was blocked due to an alleged investigation. Now, I can't even access the dashboard or the site. I strongly advise against using this service. I have friends with substantial amounts in their accounts who are also considering leaving after hearing about my experience.

Very dissatisfied with my trading experience

I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I deposited over £2,800 to begin trading seriously, but I encountered persistent technical issues that led to significant losses. On several occasions, including last week and again on Friday, my stop-loss orders failed to trigger properly after the market reopened. I also faced freezing issues where I couldn’t close my trades, despite the market price fluctuating. I recorded videos and took screenshots as evidence showing the exact price and time — yet the broker refused to acknowledge any faults on their platform. Their response merely blamed my internet connection, even though I was using reliable 4G/5G and have never faced such issues with other trading applications. I have provided evidence multiple times, but they continue to dismiss my concerns. As a new trader, this has been very stressful. I recognize that trading involves risks, but losses due to technical failures are unjust. I shared every detail possible, yet they offered no assistance. I am sharing this review to inform other traders about my experience. I hope no one else has to endure a similar situation.
