DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! After being given a very hard sell by the Manageress in the Kings Road store, I purchased an item I was unsure about as I decided I would try it on at home and return it if not suitable. The item turned out to be not suitable and two days later, I returned the item to the store but they refused to give me a refund stating it was company policy! No warning was given at the till when I purchased the item! The Manageress very stupidly advised me that it is clearly written on the receipt. I had to point out to her that one needs to purchase a garment before one can see the receipt!
