Frustrating experience with billing issues

I would rate this brand zero stars if possible. The experience has been terrible. They assured me they were handling it, yet I've had no updates in weeks. Now debt collectors are contacting me, threatening legal action if I don't pay. Lesson learned: avoid ordering if you want to steer clear of such issues!

Quality issue upon arrival

I received a beautiful black faux fur coat, but it arrived poorly packaged with six loose front buttons, two of which were hanging by threads. I had to take it to a tailor immediately. The coat was originally priced at about 450 euros, purchased for around 250 euros in the sale, and it arrived in this condition? It's unfortunate because the coat is lovely aside from this.

Disappointing customer service

Terrible experience. My order never arrived, and I was blamed for it. The refund process is nonexistent, even though they are clearly at fault. Their process seems to violate distance selling regulations, and it feels like a scam.

Terrible experience with order delivery

I ordered a dress for a specific event, but it was sent to the wrong address. I tried to communicate with customer service before delivery, but they only spoke a different language, which was unacceptable. I managed to have it redirected to a pickup location, but it never arrived there either. It's been almost a month, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Customer service said the investigation is ongoing, but other companies provide far better service. This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
