DO NOT PURCHASE. THIS PLACE IS A FARCE --- I purchased a coat full price via the website at a sizeable cost of £495. I arranged for collection at the local store. I swapped the coat in store for another size. To do this I had to refund the online purchased coat there and repurchase the in-store. I wore the coat out, and on the first wear the pocket stitching came undone and the pocket started flapping off. The pockets were oversized so this was very noticeable - the stitching was single stitching. This brand constantly sees me having to restitch my hems - the stitching is bad but the sizing and shape suits me so previously I have persevered. And I had hoped for the price of this coat it wouldn't be so poorly made. I contacted customer services to instigate a refund and they told me they had already refunded me. The tone of the emails were blunt and that I was in the wrong. I said that the coat was refunded in store as was the wrong size and I had repurchased it 5 minutes later. I called the store and they said to bring it in and I would get a refund. I went into the store. They looked at the coat and said no one else had had a problem with the coat but me - inferring I had damaged it myself. They suggested they send it to their tailors to fix. It had been two weeks since I purchased it and already having a terrible experience I expected it could get lost. I ignored the insulting insinuation I had damaged it myself and explained I needed a refund in store as advised by their online team. They said they couldn't but could start the process and Id hear from online in given time to confirm the refund. I didn't hear from the online team - I had to email them THREE times with no response. I eventually got a blunt response stating I had already been refunded AGAIN. I was now £495 out of pocket with no coat. I had to call and go between online & the store multiple times whilst they kept saying the other issued the refund. This was not resolved for weeks. I finally got asked to provide an IBAN number to the online team along with my account details. I did this. They then said I need literature from my bank that was proof of my bank details. Whilst this joke of wasting my time and keeping me out of pocket played out, I finally from somewhere received £495 appear in my account - two weeks later. I havent gone to my bank to get the mystical paper they said I need but couldnt verify what it is. I will never buy from this brand again. They treat customers like I was a lier, were inept at sorting out what should be a straight forward issue and were rude and unclear in their processes. To be honest this brand deserves to go under if they dont rectify their shoddy clothes quality and service.
