Ordered twice (1xChrome/1xEdge Browser).Webpage hung upon return from the VISA-Payment page.Telephone-Support in Holland claimed no order for my name registered.However 2 E-Mails / 2 debits from my VISA.Opened ticket on the cyberlink website with description / E-Mails and screenshot - received the dumbest answer that I should apply for a refund to the support E-Mail. I refused, as I had already lost more than an hour with their f*d-up process. Told them to do their job -haven't heard back yet.POWERDVD is excellent, but don't buy it from cyberlink, get it somewhere else!
