I booked a flight from Tenerife to Barcelona for my family on Lastminute.com. The displayed total was CHF 482.98, and that’s what I expected to pay. But I was charged CHF 591.11.They had added the FullFlex service without my consent or any clear warning. After a long conversation, I received a partial refund of CHF 98.92, but they refused to return the remaining CHF 10.This is dishonest and misleading. I don’t recommend this platform unless you double-check every detail and take screenshots before paying.
