I placed 4 orders on 27 Nov. Money deducted from bank on 01 Dec. Today 05 Dec, all 4 Royal Mail tracking is showing 'Waiting 1st tracking event.' The customer care tel no has a voicemail saying its closed and to contact via email. The email link on the website has an error. I contacted via Instagram, was told they could help if I gave them order numbers - still waiting for a response. Unprofessional & no customer care.
