I ordered a travel collection of shower gels from an online platform. During my trip, my hand luggage was flagged for inspection, and although I had various items, the customs officer confiscated the collection, specifically mentioning a problem with the Almond Gel. I felt quite anxious, thinking I might face further complications. After her manager retested the bottle, they decided to keep it and advised me to contact the company for a possible replacement. I expected a large brand like this to easily send me a new 75ml almond shower gel. Unfortunately, after reaching out to customer care, I received a quick response stating it was a customs issue and offering me a discount on my next purchase instead. It felt frustrating as they seemed more interested in making a sale than resolving my issue. Despite explaining that I bought the product in good faith, I was told I was entitled to nothing. I didn’t hear back for a while, but eventually, I received an email offering a replacement almond shower gel. This shows that persistence can pay off, and I’m now satisfied with the company's response. I will continue to buy my favorite hand soap and shower gel.
I reached out via email but haven’t received a response yet. I encountered an issue with the 25% butter hand cream; it was very hard and lacked a seal. I returned to the store and the same staff member who sold it to me seemed confused about my concern. She claimed the cream was hard due to the cold weather, but I had just bought it 14 hours earlier while I was in an apartment.
By far THE best handcream ever! I had big problems with dry, red, cracked hands here in Denmark during the winters, for many years. Then i was recommended this handcream.....And guess what! Never ever had dry, red or cracked hands again!!!!!! Best handcream ever! Thank you L'Occitane ❤️🇫🇷🇩🇰

I placed 4 orders on 27 Nov. Money deducted from bank on 01 Dec. Today 05 Dec, all 4 Royal Mail tracking is showing 'Waiting 1st tracking event.' The customer care tel no has a voicemail saying its closed and to contact via email. The email link on the website has an error. I contacted via Instagram, was told they could help if I gave them order numbers - still waiting for a response. Unprofessional & no customer care.
Terrible experience. Took them a week to tell me, they "sold out" of EVERY SINGLE item I order but yet still available to order on the site. Completely cancelled an order i was expecting to recieve for gifts for the family. With support contact only through email? When we're spending premium on body care items, this company does very little for their customers. Better off going to bath and body works at least you'll get what you ordered.
Absolutely awful that this company refuses to protest by stopping trading Russia Beyond belief. They should be ashamed of themselves … I always buy their liquid soap but no way now. Sick to my stomach. Sickening scenes on a large scale enter straight into our homes and they are turning a blind eye ? Really ?? .. shame on Loccitane
