I ordered a Christmas present for my mum on black friday online to collect in a Paris store. When I arrived in store to collect the wrong gift box had been sent out to store, and the person in store told me I'd be emailed by the customer service team to arrange receipt of the correct box. They emailed me to refund my order and told me I had to re-buy it at full price as the Black Friday promo was over! Outrageous! Surely this breaks some kind of european consumer laws for not honouring the price of purchase????, as it was not sent out due to THEIR error. So Angry, I liked this brand but this kind of terrible customer service really puts you off
