As a parent of young children (the main audience for the service), delays in utilizing gift cards are common. Nevertheless, there was no flexibility, no gesture of goodwill, and no solutions offered, despite the value (€100) remaining unused and no service being provided. The handling of this matter felt rigid and misaligned with a brand that positions itself as family-oriented. Losing a long-term customer over this amount seems like a poor judgment. Overall, while it may be legally covered, it is disappointing from a customer experience and fairness standpoint.
