Unsatisfactory experience with a gift card. Although the 12-month validity is mentioned in the terms and conditions, the expiry date is not printed on the card itself, leading to the risk of the gift card expiring without the user being aware—especially when the card is received as a gift and the purchase date isn't known. As a parent of young children (the primary audience for the service), delays in using gift cards are quite common. Yet, there was no flexibility, no goodwill gesture, and no solution provided, despite the value (€100) being unused and no service rendered. The way the situation was handled seemed inflexible and inconsistent with a brand that claims to be family-friendly. Losing a long-term customer over this amount seems like a poor decision. Overall, while it may be legally justified, it is disappointing from a customer experience and fairness perspective.

The online store and warehouse lack seriousness

It is well known that the quality of customer service in-store is vastly different from that of the online platform. Initially, we created our birth list in-store without any issues. However, problems arose immediately after: we discovered that items available in-store were not listed for the birth list. Conversely, items we saw online that we wanted to check before adding were unavailable in stores. Eventually, we decided to purchase a co-sleeper online, but it was supposed to arrive in a few days and ended up taking over two weeks. They took three days just to hand the package to the postal service, which then blocked it because the service claimed the package weighed only 1kg (when it was actually 20kg). I called to explain the issue, and they contacted the postal service to resolve it, but the representative just kept saying, "It will arrive tomorrow." Terrible service. A week later, the postal service finally handed the package to another company for delivery. Then, someone purchased an item from our birth list, and we received an email confirming it was ready for pickup. When we arrived at the store, we found out that there had been no stock for months, and the item had even been removed from the system, making it impossible to order. UNBELIEVABLE that you can select and purchase an item they cannot provide. We are still waiting for another gift that has been in command for over six weeks. I truly regret creating the birth list here.

Order canceled after over a week

Order canceled after more than a week: I ordered a stroller that was discounted everywhere, choosing the online platform. This was a mistake. I called their support four business days after placing the order, and they assured me it was in preparation. Then, they canceled the order the following week, stating they ran out of stock. Naturally, the stroller was no longer discounted anywhere. Due to their lack of communication, we missed the deal. We filed a complaint but have yet to receive a meaningful response. The store clerk was also a bit rude.
