I called their support four business days after placing the order, and they assured me it was in preparation. Then, they canceled the order the following week, stating they ran out of stock. Naturally, the stroller was no longer discounted anywhere. Due to their lack of communication, we missed the deal. We filed a complaint but have yet to receive a meaningful response. The store clerk was also a bit rude.
