Hi we were given a gift of a Smartbox 2 night break .The booking process was easy hotel booked for June 2020 but due to covid and lockdown unable to use. Rang and emailed hotel never any replys contacted customer services at Smartbox first did not recognise voucher no so had to photograph same and send ,as past date of use they may have payed hotel? So advised to contact hotel no replys Why would you pay aprovider when shut by goverment? .They are ok if everything goes well but a waste of time if things go wrong lots of promises to help but no action.
