I wanted to order a ‘gift box’ of £100 for my sis-in-laws 50th birthday.The website wouldn’t let me process the order for some reason so I phoned customer service for help.A lovely lady did it all for me, including recommending that I print off the voucher as well as ordering the gift box incase the gift box didn't arrive on time.I only ordered it with 4 days to spare so I was sure the gift box would arrive late...I was wrong 😊 it arrived on her birthday which was amazing during lockdown as most delivery services are struggling.Birthday girl was delighted and gas already chosen a two night break in Snowdonia for when we are back to normal.Brilliant service and a fantastic gift!
