Very easy to book but the place I booked said 10 month valid , when printed it said 24 months . So not having used site before I am a bit unsure and should be clarified. Also I was expecting the place I had bought for came up and then the option of change would come when they logged in to retrieve present. They have yet to use so I will write another review when they do. However it was a last minute present on the recommendation of a friend and was fairly easy to use for a technophobe like me .
