Terrible service purchased a voucher for my stepfather on Thursday the 19th December, as their adverts all stated order now in time for Christmas but I paid and extra £8.50 for next day service, just in case. Nothing arrived. I contacted them on the Monday to complain and ensure it arrived the next day, but the response I got was 'your order has been dispatched but on this occasion our courier has not fulfilled their time slot. As a gesture of good will we would like to offer you a bottle of wine, please let us know if you would prefer red, rose or white'. I responded immediately saying I wanted the gift not a bottle of wine and my £8.50 for the next day postage refunded, at the very least. I have heard nothing back since, it is now the evening of the 27th December and still the gift has not arrived. My stepfather has gone without a present as I have had no refund could not afford to buy an alternative. Will not be using this company again. There are several alternatives out there that do fulfill their orders.
