I have tried to resolve this issue with Smartbox for months. We bought giftcards for each of our employees, but one of the giftcard codes seemed to be a duplicate between two of our employees so I have explained the situation in great detail to their customer service department and they came back with the answer that they cannot find the records for our purchases with them. They can only validate the one code that was used that I myself provided them with. This could have been a simple mistake on their part and they simply could have looked into the records of the gifts we purchased with them and let us know the two codes we requested, but instead they could not find the records in their system and now they have now chosen to just ignore me completely. I am posting here in hopes that they will see this and actually respond.
