Tried to book mansion House, Scarborough for one night but was told breakfast isn't included and no sea view and breakfast is £40. The booklet clearly states in large print, breakfast included. The lady on the phone said it was up to the hotel owner.Then tried kenways hotel in Scarborough who said they are closed for a full month. We will now try a third time somewhere else. It seems that this is not as straight forward as you may think. I will never buy these vouchers again.
