I would not even give it one star, but am unable to do that. I am in New Zealand and ordered an e-voucher for my son in the UK. I used Pay Pal to pay and received a receipt but no voucher. I have sent many emails since to Smartbox and only get back automated ones saying they will send the voucher again and to check my junk mail, but I have not received the voucher. It has been seven days and now I have given up. It seems other people have received their gifts, but perhaps the reviews have been written by Smartbox? Linda
