Dear Shauna Obviously the person who dealt with my phone request to extend this did nothing, they did not take an email address. I am not doing a 20 mile trip to visit the store. I am back where I started when Gaelle responded to my Trust Pilot comment, I was hopeful initially. As a company if you are not prepared to sacrifice £30 to retain your good name you are not worth dealing with, I uphold my original opinion, I have wasted more than enough time and effort on this query!Sue
